The Russian Academy of Arts, the Moscow Museum of Modern Art and the IDEA Public Association present a charity exhibition project «LIVE LIFE», which is designed to draw attention to environmental issues. In 2016, the project was presented to the public in Berlin, London and Paris. This spring the exhibition opens in Moscow at the RAKH International Exhibition Center, the Zurab Tsereteli Art Gallery.

The basis of the exposition will be the works of IDEA founder Leila Aliyeva: her bright and romantic paintings, depicting rare animals and birds in a fairy, almost folklore manner, are a metaphor that makes the viewer feel fragile and vulnerable to nature. Also, the exhibition will include works by nine young Azerbaijani and Russian artists who are not indifferent to environmental problems: Viktor Semenov, Ustin Yakovleva, Ilya Fedotov-Fedorov, Maryam Alakbarli, Rahim Chopurov, Ayalal Heydarova, Timur Ozdamirov, Naily Sultan and Fidan Navruzovoy.

The works of these original authors, so unlike each other, determined the diversity of the exposition: viewers will see the bio-art sculptures of Ilya Fedotov-Fedorov, photographs of Viktor Semyonov, ethnic motifs in the painting of Maryam Alakberly, ornamental ceramics of Naily Sultan, video installations by Timur Ozdamirova created from cotton and Beads of eco-sculpture by Ustiny Yakovleva. Their works are designed not only to draw attention to global environmental problems, but also to declare to the public that art can play an important role in protecting nature.

Within the framework of the exhibition «Live Life» a series of author's excursions will take place. One of the participants - OZ Group - will prepare a digital installation that will allow viewers to «be inside» the works presented at the exhibition.
